I'm writing a lab handout/procedure on the gas-phase infrared spectrum of HCl, which gives us information on the vibrational frequency of the hydrogen-chlorine bond. Microsoft Word suggested i change the word "vibrational" to "irrational". I don't go to Seattle and judge Bill Gates' choice of profession....
